Job Description
Okta is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and bootstrap a new team: Enablement. The team will be responsible for ensuring that sophisticated features developed across B2B organization (X) are translated into a seamless and intuitive journey for customers. The successful candidate will have 8 years of experience with 3+ years of engineering management experience, and prior experience leading a highly technical team.
Requirements
- Overall 8 years experience with 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Experience leading a highly technical team and proficient at coaching teammates in all phases of their career
- Experience building and/or leading teams building systems highly reliable, secure and scalable system
- Ability to remain technical, being able to directly contribute to the development process outside of the critical path
