Job description
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of internal AI agents that improve how our teams work across engineering, product management, developer support, UX design, UX research, and documentation. This is a highly hands-on role for someone excited to work at the intersection of AI agents, developer tooling, workflow automation, and product development.
Define and own the roadmap for internal AI agents and AI-powered workflows across product development and engineering organizations. Partner closely with engineering teams to build AI agents for product management workflows, coding and developer productivity, developer support and troubleshooting, documentation generation and maintenance, UX design acceleration, and UX research and synthesis.
You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI capabilities while directly improving the productivity and effectiveness of teams across the company. This role will help shape how teams across Okta leverage AI to build products faster, improve quality, reduce operational friction, and unlock entirely new ways of working.
