Senior Analyst - People Systems (Workday HCM - Talent/Benefits)

Okta is seeking a Senior Analyst - People Systems to join their Business Solutions Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and seamless ongoing enhancements of new Workday features/functionality. They will work closely with the leaders of People Technology and interact with various departments and geographies.

Requirements

• 7+ years Workday overall HCM experience
• 4+ years’ experience configuring and supporting Workday Benefits and Talent.
• Proficient in Workday HCM and have a working knowledge of: Benefits, Talent, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer
