Job Description
Okta is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer business-facing or technical delivery, and will be able to guide customers to achieve their objectives through timely technical guidance, advice, enablement, and best practice sharing. They will work with a portfolio of well-known brands on their Auth0 implementations, building close relationships with technical stakeholders and driving lasting success through elevated technical maturity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of total experience in information technology
- Familiarity in core CIAM areas or technical competencies
- Passion for learning cybersecurity principles
- Experience with SaaS/PaaS/cloud-based services
- Customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence customer behaviour & health metrics
