Senior Designer / Art Director & Motion Designer (on-site Hamburg)

We’re looking for a Senior Designer / Art Director with exceptional design craft, a sharp visual eye, and the ability to tell compelling stories across digital formats.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as designer / creative in agencies or digital teams
• Strong conceptual and visual design skills across platforms
• Solid skills in Figma, Adobe CC (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience in motion design, editing and storytelling for digital formats
• Basic coding understanding (HTML/CSS/JS)
• High experience with AI tools or a strong curiosity to integrate them
• Confident communicator with a love for strategy, good vibes, and feedback culture
