As an Engineering Director - Mobile, you will develop cutting-edge features for the OKX SuperApp, lead international teams, and optimize performance to deliver seamless user experiences. We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 6 years of development experience and 2 years of managerial experience. You will be responsible for defining technical direction, prioritizing tasks, and managing resources to achieve organizational goals.

• Over 6 years of development experience
• At least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing teams of 5 or more
• Deep understanding of mobile development methodologies and engineering architecture
• Strong initiative and proven ability to drive results
• Proficient in defining and tracking key metrics, assigning roles effectively, and ensuring resources are allocated equitably
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing resources to support sustainable, high-performing teams
• Experienced in setting and communicating team priorities that align with broader organizational objectives
• Capable of defining technical direction and roadmaps to deliver high-quality features
