Job Description
We are looking for a Growth Risk Specialist to join our fraud risk strategy team. The role involves facilitating strategic communications with business partners, overseeing risk assessment and mitigation, and developing risk management frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in risk control, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of rich experience in risk control, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services
- Proven track record in communicating complex strategies to business stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Familiarity with regulatory environments in crypto markets
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus
