Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Overseas Operations Manager (P2P) to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across key overseas markets, with deep understanding of P2P market mechanics, merchant ecosystem dynamics, and regional payment infrastructures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform operations; crypto / Web3 experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets (outside Mainland China)
- Experience at major exchanges
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
