Job Description
OKX is seeking an experienced Overseas Operations Manager (P2P) to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across key overseas markets. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating P2P markets at leading exchanges and can independently formulate expansion strategies while delivering measurable growth outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform operations; crypto / Web3 experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on P2P operations experience in overseas markets (outside Mainland China)
- Experience at major exchanges (Binance / Bybit / Bitget preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; Chinese or other regional languages are a plus
