Principal Product Manager, Crypto Consumer Trading

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Principal Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our retail trading platform. This role requires deep domain expertise in both cryptocurrency and traditional financial (TradFi) trading products to deliver a seamless, high-performance, and compliant user experience that positions our platform as an industry leader.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Strong understanding of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with institutional clients, market makers, and vendor partners
• Ability to define and track clear success metrics and use data and analytics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Proven experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches and partnering closely with compliance/risk teams
