Product Manager / Director, Institutional Product

We are looking for a Senior or Principal Product Manager to define and build the future of our institutional platform. The role will own the strategy and execution for products that enable banks, brokers, and asset managers to interact with the crypto economy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically at the intersection of technology and finance
• Experience building for large institutional clients (Banks, Brokers, Market Makers, Corporates) with a deep understanding of the specific personas within them
• Familiar with market structure (Clearing, Settlement, Exchanges) and core financial products (Trading, Custody, Financing)
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex technical or regulatory challenges
• A demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency and financial markets
