Senior Product Manager, Compliance

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Compliance to develop and implement compliance strategies and frameworks to ensure our products and services adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, while balancing customer experience and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for staying updated with relevant regulatory changes and monitoring industry trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and planning, organizing, and delivering new compliance products and features to the market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Good understanding of the risks and compliance in the crypto industry
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Logical thinking and critical thinking to analyze and evaluate complex problems and situations
• High proficiency in delving into the technical product, system and implementation details
• Data oriented and identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon impact metrics
