Project & Local Development Officer (m/f/d)

OlamAid is a European, Jewish-based pluralistic aid organization providing global emergency relief and rehabilitation. As the Local Project & Development Officer, you will hold a dual-focus position that encompasses both project implementation/oversight and strategic development work. This role serves as the critical link between the local project teams and the HQ Development and Communications Department, ensuring a smooth flow of information and aligning project needs with overall organizational strategy.

Requirements

• B.A. / M.A. in relevant studies
• Proven background in non-governmental or humanitarian operations, specifically within food security, nutrition, or rural development
• Experience in fundraising, grant support, or donor cultivation
• Prior experience or education in psychosocial support (PSS) is an advantage
• Fluent in English, Romanian, and Russian; Ukrainian is a significant advantage
