OLAPLEX, a prestige hair care company, is seeking an Account Manager for the Southern EU region. The role involves ensuring sales targets are met, building relationships with distributors and partners, and delivering best-in-class service.
Requirements
- BSc/BA Hons degree or equivalent - 2:1 or better
- Minimum 5 years experience in account management
- Professional Hair Care experience required
- Fluency in Spanish or Italian
- Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural sensitivity
- Experience in managing complexity in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing a business with P&L accountability
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders to deliver sales and growth
