Distribution Manager (Hybrid Role - New York)

OLAPLEX seeks a Distribution Manager to oversee global distribution centers, ensuring seamless execution of warehousing and fulfillment activities. The role requires daily monitoring of global distribution operations, identification of opportunities for reducing costs, and service improvements.

Requirements

• Oversee and hold 3PL partners accountable for end-to-end fulfillment
• Evaluate 3PL warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements
• Optimize the order cycle to reduce cycle times and improve fulfillment rates
• Develop and execute a multi-year cost-optimization roadmap
• Identify and deploy process changes to improve warehouse excellence
• Support cross-functional communication with Customer Support, Transportation, Procurement, and E-Commerce teams
• Lead the end-to-end Dispute Management process for customer chargebacks
• Drive successful resolution of all service issues related to customer orders and 3PL warehouse operations
• Manage annual budget and coordinate review and launch of new customers
