Senior Project Manager, Innovation Product Development (Hybrid Role - New York)

OLAPLEX seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage activities across Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Education, IT, and Finance to ensure excellence in on time and execution for NPD and Non-NPD projects globally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in process/project management across global teams, and/or concentration of R&D or Supply Chain.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in either R&D or Supply Chain
• Strong understanding of project management foundations, experience with stage-gate process strongly preferred
• Skilled problem-solver who drives out-of-the-box thinking when appropriate
• Adept at operating autonomously amidst ambiguity
• Ability to lead and influence without being the direct manager of all team members
• Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
