Olathe Public Schools is seeking a one-year assignment as Assistant Coach — High School. Responsibilities include modeling district guiding principles, fulfilling applicable roles and responsibilities, and working with the head coach to conduct a pre-season meeting with parents.

• Fulfill applicable roles and responsibilities
• Work with head coach to conduct pre-season meeting
• Teach and coach in a positive and constructive manner
• Maintain a professional attitude
• Provide an environment that promotes good sportsmanship
• Comply with and communicate all USD #233 Board policies
• Ensure team members understand dangers associated with hazing
• Monitor the safety of equipment and playing surfaces
• Understand and implement duties of any coach
• Comply with all KSHSAA and USD #233 rules and regulations
