Operations Supervisor

Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage a shift or section in a service center, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will lead a team, train employees, and drive continuous improvement in all areas of service center operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the transportation industry
• Supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of AS400 and Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
