Treasury & Cash Management Specialist

Responsible for handling the bank's treasury management operations, ensuring integrity and providing excellent service to all bank staff. Interacts with management to ensure service delivery meets their expectations and provides adequate reporting. Performs daily routines related to servicing of treasury management and business electronic customer bases.

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively with everyone in the bank regardless of title
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
• Understanding of loan, deposit, electronic payment, and treasury management operational systems and procedures; federal regulations and directives
• Treasury and Cash Management experience
• Proficient in treasury management best practices, and terminology, as well as common technology and payment verbiage
• Excellent communication skills (email, phone, etc)
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
• Minimum 2 years of Banking experience
