Job Description
Old National Bank has been serving clients and communities since 1834. We are seeking a Commercial Segment Relationship Manager to generate new loan and deposit business, maintain acceptable credit quality, and expand client relationships. The role involves proactive activities, consultative selling, and collaborative relationships to achieve sales targets and build a network of business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant commercial banking experience
- Thorough knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review Administration, and Banking/OCC Procedures
- Proven track record of successful sales performance with strong business development skills
- Very high level of written and verbal communication skills
- Very high level of sales, negotiation, and financial analysis skills
