Job Description
Old National Bank seeks a Treasury Management Analyst to develop strategies for revenue growth, client retention, and client experience. The role involves partnering with Treasury Management Consultants, developing knowledge of Treasury Management solutions, and persuasively communicating with clients. The position requires a BS/BA degree in Business/Finance, comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products and services, and strong organizational, analytical, and communications skills.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Business/Finance or equivalent education & experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products and services
- Understanding of the TM sales process; sales, implementation & service functions
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, and work well under pressure
- Critical thinking and project management experience
- Initiative and ability to work independently while solving problems and managing multiple tasks
