QA Manager

Old Skull Games is an independent studio seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead their QA department and shape the quality vision of the studio. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of QA leadership experience in the video game industry and a proven track record of managing internal and external teams across the entire development cycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA leadership experience in the video game industry
• Proven experience in managing internal and external teams across the entire development cycle
• Direct experience with submission and certification cycles with manufacturers and platforms (e.g., Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Apple)
• Excellent written and verbal communication (French and English) to bridge the gap smoothly between local teams, international partners, editor QA, and studio management
