The Senior Director of Accounting & Assistant Controller will lead key aspects of our accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements, and driving process improvements across the accounting organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, MBA or Masters a plus.
• CPA License required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience in publicly traded companies.
• Public company experience in the Biotechnology industry required.
• Big 4 public accounting experience.
