Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Growth Marketing Lead to own the growth number, run the weekly operating cadence, and ensure every external interaction reinforces Oleria’s position as the leader in AI-native identity security.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
- Experience with Pardot (or HubSpot/Marketo), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEMrush
- Experience preparing executives or founders for high-stakes moments
- Comfort with data: you pull your own pipeline reports, build your own dashboards, and make budget decisions based on what the numbers say
- Experience working across time zones and setting clear weekly objectives for a remote team
