Olesky Associates, Inc. is seeking an independent Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse for an outpatient behavioral health group in Joliet, IL. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with a treatment team to provide high-quality care.

Requirements

• Perform complete initial psychiatric evaluation on patient to determine diagnosis and develop plan of care
• Revise, prescribe, and implement therapeutic regimen using an interdisciplinary approach
• Monitor patient progress and provide collaborative treatment and communication with the treatment team
• Provide timely documentation of each encounter with a patient
• Ensure patient/family education regarding clinical condition and relevant aspects of care
