OLIVER is seeking an Account Director to lead the account management team and ensure delivery to a high standard, meeting customer expectations. The role involves project governance, line management, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of account management experience in marketing and advertising, and is comfortable with mentoring project managers and managing resources.

Requirements

• 6+ years of account management experience in marketing and advertising
• Confident in creating and maintaining project documentation and processes
• Good level of skill in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytic mindset and solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to lead high-value projects and create robust plans and budgets
