Front of House and Event Assistant

As a Front of House and Event Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for hospitality, event support and day-to-day workspace upkeep.

Requirements

• Experience in a hospitality, front of house or customer-facing role
• A natural ability to make people feel welcome, including confidence interacting with senior stakeholders and high-profile visitors
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks independently across a busy working day
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Reliability and punctuality, with a genuine pride in maintaining high standards
• Comfort using basic workplace technology (e.g. email, ordering systems, AV equipment); training will be provided where needed
