Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in social media analytics or digital measurement
- Expert understanding of algorithms, content formats, audience behaviors, and native analytics
- Proven experience with social listening platforms
- Advanced Excel skills
- Expertise with data visualization tools
- Experience with multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modelling, or statistical approaches for social measurement
- Familiarity incorporating AI/ML and predictive analytics into workflows
- Exceptional ability to advise senior stakeholders, translating data into business recommendations
- Significant experience presenting complex insights with clarity and impact
- Track record for building and mentoring analytics teams
