Established in 2004, OLIVER is a specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. As a Senior Account Director, you will work in partnership with clients and a large, multi-talented team to drive the creation of powerful, impactful, and effective comms for three of the UK's biggest brands.

Requirements

• 7 years+ agency experience
• Experience of Financial Services or other large-scale accounts in regulated industries
• Excellent people and client engagement skills
• Excellent account leadership skills with financial and commercial acumen
• Strong creative appreciation and ability to generate ideas
• Provable enthusiasm for AI and ability to use AI personally and professionally
• Ability to manage and develop junior team members
