Senior Account Manager

OLIVER is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage client communications, project flow, and studio resources for a high-volume financial services account in the insurance sector. The role requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in a creative or marketing agency, directly managing projects and client relationships
• Proven experience handling multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with regulatory or compliance considerations
• Expertise in project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Workfront, Jira, etc.)
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to build rapport with creative teams and insurance industry stakeholders
• Sharp organizational & multitasking abilities with clear attention to detail and understanding of compliance requirements
