Job Description
The Director of Finance is the senior financial leader responsible for overseeing accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and operational finance. The role is hands-on and functions as the Controller, partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong hands-on accounting and reporting background
- Experience in small to mid-sized or fast-growing companies
- Experience budgeting
- Quickbooks, Replicon and internal software
- ASC/606. MRR, ARR
- GaaP, IFRS 15
- CPA, CMA, or MBA (desired)
