Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Associate to perform operational activities associated with emergencies and other real time grid conditions.

Requirements

• Detail oriented and have previously demonstrated applicable experience
• Previous experience with an understanding of the energy industry
• Bachelors degree strongly preferred
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Previous demonstrated operations experience
• Knowledge of web applications, databases, and technical savvy
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven operational experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teamwork
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment balancing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of demand response and energy wholesale markets is a plus
