• Financial oversight of all sales and profit goals
• Demonstrate exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences
• Execute on company strategies for merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes
• Maintain proper security of the store location and all company assets
• Scheduling of store associates
