Job Description
Olon Group is a global leader in the development and production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for CDMO and generic markets, and is looking for an HR Generalist to join their USA Site in Concord, Ohio. As an HR Generalist, you will partner with site managers and employees, support leaders, and drive transformation through impactful HR tools, processes, and people-first strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist or in a related capacity in dynamic, business-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR policy, HR operations, and HRIS functionality.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM Certification is a plus.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical or Chemical industries is a plus.
