Job Description
The Senior Process Development Engineer will guide the development of new chemical processes, interact with chemists, and provide flexible solutions when processes do not scale as expected.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Ten or more years of experience in scale-up/preparation of pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in first time scale-up and preparation
- Experience with pilot plant and kilo scale process equipment
- Knowledgeable in process/cleaning validation and equipment commissioning/qualification
