Olsam is seeking an experienced Amazon Trading Manager to own the end-to-end commercial performance of a portfolio of Health & Personal Care brands across Amazonβs global marketplaces. The role combines strategic channel ownership with hands-on execution, ensuring strong revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in eCommerce β hands-on ownership of brands on the Amazon Seller Central platform and managing multiple marketplaces (US, UK, EU)
- Strong commercial acumen β understands how trading decisions impact revenue, profitability, and cash flow
- Highly analytical β able to interpret complex datasets and turn insights into action
- Ownership mindset β takes full responsibility for brand performance and outcomes
- Execution-focused β able to move quickly from insight to action across multiple priorities
- Cross-functional collaborator β works effectively with multiple teams to deliver results
- Structured & organised β able to manage multiple brands, marketplaces, and projects simultaneously
