The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail experience and 1+ year of management experience, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills. The role involves leading the store team, managing operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements

- BA or BS preferred
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
