Roark is searching for a Key Holder to assist the team at our Park City retail store. As Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing revenue, and holding opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Hold opening and closing duties
• Manage cashiers
• Supervise cleaning staff
• Set alarms
• Keep the entry area clean and organized
• Maintain visual merchandising directives
• Restock and maintain store inventory
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and discounts accurately
• Engage with new customers and build rapport
• Problem solve and resolve customer issues
• Maintain store concepts and visual standards
• Assist with back of house duties
