Job Description
Maintenance Technician supports continuous improvement initiatives and maintains, repairs, and improves machinery, equipment, and warehouse facility in a safe and timely manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an industrial maintenance position, steel service-center experience accepted
- Significant experience with mechanical, pneumatic, automation, and hydraulics concepts
- Experience with programmable logic controls (PLCs) in manufacturing environment required
- Ability to read manufacturing equipment drawings and electrical and plumbing schematics
- Flexibility of work schedule
- Working knowledge of general computer programs
