The Office Administrator manages day to day administrative duties and provides administrative support to the division as required or requested. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: answering and routing incoming phone calls; assisting in various administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, scheduling, and reporting; assisting with meetings and divisional events – including scheduling, set-up/preparation, and follow-up; maintaining and ordering office and/or warehouse supplies; coordinating special events and projects; and supporting various departments and managers as needed.
