Job Description
The Repair Technician I must ensure the safety of Olympus products by following established processes and procedures. They will evaluate, troubleshoot, disassemble, assemble, repair and inspect Endoscopes, Electronics, or Microscopy products.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 0–1-year experience doing technical repairs
- Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English
- Bilingual French is an asset
- Ability to read and follow manuals, work instructions, job standards and related information
- Demonstrated ability to maintain established key performance levels of quality and productivity
- Customer focused with high attention to detail and urgency to meet and exceed expectations
- Proficiency in basic computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Acceptable standards for attendance and punctuality, and willingness to work overtime as needed
