Brand Lead - Geneva

We are looking for a Brand Lead to join our headquarters in Geneva, focusing on our Respiratory products. The ideal candidate will have a business school or university degree, ideally with a specialization in the pharma industry, or a scientific background with robust marketing specialization. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager within the pharmaceutical industry managing Rx products is required.

Requirements

• Business school or university degree, ideally with a specialization in pharma industry; or scientific background with robust marketing specialization
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager within the pharmaceutical industry managing Rx products, preferably with international exposure
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand their market, track competitors, and translate data into actionable insights
• Knowledge in Veeva platform and IQVIA data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with at least intermediate proficiency in French
