Job Description

Requirements
- Assist the IT support team in first-level support and contribute to the management of simple requests
- Participate in the installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of hardware and software on workstations
- Accompany users in the use of IT tools and contribute to their proper use on a daily basis
- Contribute to post-incident analysis and documentation
- Participate in updating information related to major incidents and support internal IT team communication
- Propose improvement ideas to enhance user productivity and satisfaction
- Help apply IT standards and good practices within the company
