Omada Health is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive enrollment growth and sustained engagement in the Omada Program. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team responsible for creating a consistent, cohesive experience across all consumer-facing channels, including email, direct mail, SMS/phone-based outreach, web, social & paid channels.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing; healthcare or regulated industry is preferred
- 10+ years recent experience developing digital, email and direct mail campaigns
- 5+ years experience in leadership and team management, with experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on growth and consumer engagement
- Proven analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools, capable of translating data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and influence across all organizational levels
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
