Senior Corporate Counsel

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join us as Senior Corporate Counsel. You will serve as a key member of our growing Legal team, providing strategic legal advice on securities law compliance, corporate governance, and disclosure matters.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school; member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar
• 5-7+ years of legal experience, including law firm experience, with significant focus on securities law, SEC reporting, and public company governance
• Deep knowledge of the '33 Act, '34 Act, SEC rules and regulations, and Nasdaq listing standards
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences
• Excellent drafting skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to lead, manage, and prioritize competing projects from inception through completion in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and advise senior leadership with sound judgment and practical solutions
