Director, Legal & Compliance, Infrastructure - Australia

As a Director, you will support the compliance function for the OMERS Infrastructure business, assist in evolving a robust compliance framework, and lead a geographically dispersed team of lawyers and compliance professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of regulatory experience relating to a sophisticated, fast-paced ASIC/AUSTRAC compliance program
• Experience at an asset/investment management organization preferred, although experience in a top-tier law firm specializing in regulatory matters will also be considered
• Experience in Australia and broader APAC region, including emerging markets
