Job Description
Principal Client Onboarding & Implementation Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise projects, managing stakeholders and driving client confidence. Work with technical stakeholders to ensure integrations meet client needs and drive business growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical project management experience in an enterprise SaaS organisation
- Strong working knowledge of APIs, data feeds and system integrations
- Experience with complex integrations for large, multi-stakeholder clients in retail, ecommerce or MarTech
- Ability to debug, document and communicate technical requirements clearly
- Credibility with senior commercial and technical stakeholders
- Retail and ecommerce fluency
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
