Civils Site Engineer

The Site Engineer is responsible for the technical aspects of the construction project, ensuring technical competence and quality standards are met. The role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and experience in temporary works coordination, setting out, and quality control.

Requirements

• A degree or Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
• Previous site engineering experience on large-scale civils infrastructure projects
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Temporary Works Coordination experience
• Computer and IT skills
• Excellent project management, organizational, and team coordination skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Environmental awareness and sensitivity
• Driving license and CSCS Card
