This role will have responsibility in totality for the delivery of all projects within the relevant GGP Business Unit. The ideal person for this role will be able to maximise productivity and control costs at all times, while maintaining effective communication with all customers to develop a relationship of trust.
Requirements
- Providing clear direction and support ensuring optimum utilisation of all available resources through improved work programming and scheduling.
- Delivering works in line with best-in-class safety and quality.
- Managing and motivating employees and sub-contractors.
- Managing cost budgets associated with the works location.
- Delivering financial and other progress data for the preparation of financial and other reports as directed by the Finance Department.
