Site Supervisor (electrical)

The Site Supervisor will manage the site management of all electrical construction, maintenance, fitting, and removal of substation plant and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient implementation of site operations.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day work programme for nominated site staff
• Deliver Daily Briefs, Point of Work Risk Assessments, Toolbox Talks, etc.
• Ensure all materials and supplies are procured/provided to the fitters to avoid delays and maintain efficient working of the team
• Supervise and assist with construction, maintenance, fitting, and wiring of substation plant and equipment
• Maintain and develop competence level and technical skills to ensure delivery to high standards
• Comply with all Omexom H&SE standards, Quality Standards, Operational Procedures, and Policies
